About Team Zodiac Gear
A PLACE WHERE EVERYONE CAN REP THEIR ZODIAC SIGN
Team Zodiac Gear was created to allow you to represent your zodiac sign in stylish gear . The company was started by professional photographer Kevin Colts of Dallas, Texas and originated from a simple t-shirt design back in February of 2019.
Each year, Kevin would celebrate his birthday in February with a Pisces After Dark party. After realizing that he had so many friends who were also Pisces, Kevin decided to create a #TeamPisces t-shirt and photograph his friends wearing the shirts. That photoshoot was in February of 2019.

Over 50 of his friends took part in individual and group photoshoot sessions to “rep their zodiac signs”. Many even attended the birthday party that year wearing their “#TeamPisces t-shirts.
A few friends (and friends of friends) saw the shirts and asked about t-shirts featuring other Zodiac signs. Kevin originally declined making more shirts for others due to his primary photography business until learning about print-on-demand. Print-on-demand would allow Kevin to create shirts for people one at a time and without costly set-up and without carrying inventory.
After taking the time to create other t-shirts featuring all 11 zodiac signs, Kevin partnered with two print-on-demand companies that could bring his designs to life for new customers. These companies also had the capabilities to not just create shirts, but also hats, hoodies, tank tops, and more.
Team Zodiac Gear was launched in the fall of 2019 with our signature shirt, “It’s A Team (Zodiac Sign) Thing – You Wouldn’t Understand”. It was our first shirt and many people purchased them. We’re adding more collections each year with a goal to create stylish and high-quality zodiac-themed apparel and other products so that our customers can “Rep’ yo zodiac sign” all year round.
HOW OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE:
We partner with different vendors and suppliers across the United States who print & ship our in-house zodiac-themed designs. We only use the best quality products for our clients. Each design was created and/or inspired by Kevin Colts.
HOW YOUR PURCHASES HELP OTHERS:
A portion of all sales from Team Zodiac Gear products and apparel is to donate to worthy causes including back-to-school initiatives (school supplies, backpacks, school uniforms), college scholarships to high school students, Christmas gifts to the children of incarcerated moms & dads, and our annual Thanksgiving Project where we donate complete Thanksgiving dinners to over 100 families with children living in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Your purchase of our Team Zodiac Gear is a way to do good in the community while supporting us.
ABOUT KEVIN COLTS:
I’m Kevin Colts and I represent for #TeamPisces. I’m also the owner of Kevin LaMonte Photography – a professional photography service in Dallas, Texas. I’m a single dad that raised two kids into two young adult children, Kevin LaMonte II (#TeamVirgo) and Destiny Starr (#TeamPisces). I’m originally from Detroit, Michigan and have made Dallas, Texas my home since September of 1996. Finally, I’m a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc and have served in many capacities within the organization and my local Panhellenic Alumni Council.
