DO YOU REPLACE THE WRONG ORDER AND/OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS?

We apologize for the mix-up and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Feel free to send us an email at questions@teamzodiacgear.com to notify us of the mix up. Please include your order number, name and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach a picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.

 

You will unfortunately be responsible for shipping the product back to us. HOWEVER, we will provide you with a 50% off discount code for your next purchase if you received a defective product or we inadvertently shipped you the wrong order. All wrong orders we send out will be shipped at no cost to you.

I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE. CAN I ADD IT AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. This includes Free Shipping discount codes.  Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus and social distancing practices orders may take 7-16 business days to process and ship. If your order takes more than 3 weeks to ship you will be refunded 100% of your shipping cost. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed. 

We have no  guarantees or guidelines with regard to any product delivery outside the 48 contiguous United States.

Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any expedited shipping methods.

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.

Team Zodiac Gear CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE  for any shipping address discrepancies. This policy includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments by USPS or other shipping services.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.

WHY IS MY ORDER STILL IN "PRE-SHIPMENT"?

Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order’s label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.

OVERSOLD ITEMS

It is uncommon but under the unfortunate circumstance that an item has been oversold and we are not able to ship said item with your order you will be refunded for the missing item and the remainder of your order will ship. If your whole order consists of that one item you will be refunded shipping also.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price your order was purchased and confirmed for is final. Prices will not be retroactively adjusted. Sorry!

HOW ARE REFUNDS PROCESSED?

Refunds are sent to the original form of payment. If you no longer have the original payment method (CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD, PAYPAL ACCOUNT, ETC), you will be responsible to reach out to your financial institution. Since we do not accept cash or checks as a form of payment, we do not issue cash or checks when processing refunds.

HOW DO OUR SHIRTS FIT?

All Team Zodiac Gear shirts are printed on soft ring spun cotton and categorized as Men, Women, Infants, Toddler, Kids, and Teens. All Team Zodiac Gear shirts, hats and hoodies are unisex sizing. 

Our shirts are true to size. Please see the sizing guides to confirm you are ordering the correct size.

  • Men’s shirts range from Small to 5XL.
  • Women shirts range from Small to 3XL.  Shirts are unisex; we recommend that you size down for a slimmer fit.
  • Infant & Toddler shirts range from 6 months to 5T. 
  • Kids shirts range from XS to XL.
  • Teen shirts range from Adult Small to 3XL. 
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

All pre-orders are a way to secure an item before the official release. Please understand that pre-ordered items will be shipped 3 weeks after the initial purchase and typically arrive within 3-5 days after shipping.  

All pre-orders sales are final.

WHAT PAYMENTS METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.  We accept secure payments from our customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal & CashApp. We do not accept cash, checks, cashier checks, travelers checks (if they still make those).

Note: that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

WHAT DOES "PRE-SHIPMENT" AND "IN-TRANSIT" MEAN?

Pre-Shipment means that the shipping process for your order has begun. Your order will continue to be updated once your package has been scanned by USPS. Do not be alarmed. It is common for an order to be placed under pre-shipment for multiple days. We ask that you please contact customer support only if your order has extended the time of the estimated shipment of 14 days. 

In-Transits means the order is on its way from the outlet to its destination. If you see that the order has been in transit for a long period of time, contact the shipping company your order is being shipped by.

HOW IS MY PRODUCT SHIPPED AND WHERE CAN I HAVE PRODUCT SHIPPED?

Standard shipping for orders is shipped only via First Class Mail which takes up to an estimated 5-7 days depending on the destination of drop-off.

We ship in the United States via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We do not ship internationally or to Alaska & Hawaii at this time.

HOW QUICKLY CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?

Standard orders take 3-7 business days to arrive when being shipped in the 48 contiguous United States.

Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS AND DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States on all orders over $75.

Orders under $75 will be charged for shipping.  The full price (including shipping) will be displayed at checkout. Periodically, we may offer free or discounted shipping for orders under $75 via email promo codes.

HOW DO I KEEP TRACK OF MY ORDER ONCE IT SHIPS?

Once your order has been shipped from our printing partner to the post office, your package will be scanned by the post office and you will be sent a tracking number that will allow you to follow the process of your order. 

HOW DO I REPORT LOST PACKAGES OR ORDERS ONCE THEY ARE SHIPPED?

If your package is shown to be delivered to the shipping address and you believe it has been lost in the mail or during delivery, you must file a claim with USPS by using the link below:

You must email us a copy of the claim in order to get the shirts replaced as well.
