Our Returns and Exchange Policy
All of our products are print-on-demand items. That means we don’t create your product until you order it. Most companies that follow this model have a strict no-return policy. Guess what? Sometimes we make mistakes and you aren’t 100% satisfied with your Team Zodiac Gear. I get it. And sometimes customers change their minds for reasons that have nothing to do with the product.
As the owner of Team Zodiac Gear, I only want satisfied customers wearing our Team Zodiac Gear so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we got you and we will make it very easy for you to be 100% satisfied.
Items in new condition (that means it’s been unworn and unwashed) can be returned or exchanged for any reason (or no reason at all) as long as it’s within 7 calendar days of product delivery. Honestly, it shouldn’t take more than 7 days to determine whether you like our gear or not, right?. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. You’re gonna have to hit up the shipping company for those funds. (smile)
Steps to refunds and exchanges are as follows:
.: Send an email to hellokevin@teamzodiacgear.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include a quick note of what the issue was and whether you want a refund or an exchange for another product. A photo of any product damage or defects to your item(s) and packaging must be included in your email. Please note that if you’re requesting an exchange, we cannot guarantee that a different item will be immediately available or in stock due to limited availability.
.: Mail your return to Team Zodiac Gear | 2314 Versailles Drive, Carrollton, TX, 75007. Please include your original packing invoice that came with your order. Circle the item that is being returned for refund or exchange. Be sure to include a printed copy of the original email request. If exchanging, please include a note sharing the correct item and/or size you are requesting.
.:Once your return is received, inspected, and determined to be eligible for a refund or exchange due to a fault or issue with the order, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will reverse the charges to the original form of payment IF the issue was our mistake ie we sent the wrong product, wrong size, wrong color, defective or damaged product. Please note that with graphic images and fonts, the actual graphic may differ in size and clarity on our website. This is not considered a defect in product quality. Please also note that colors may not be exact due to digital limitations and varying screen resolutions on phones, tablets, and computer devices.
Finally, all items being exchanged or refunded for any reason unrelated to product quality i.e. you changed your mind; you didn’t like it but nothing was wrong the product; you inadvertently ordered the wrong size/color/product, etc) those returns will incur a 35% processing fee and you will be responsible for an additional shipping fee for an exchange product.
Exceptions To Our Return & Refund Policy (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)
Our Return and Refund Policy doesn‘t apply to any item that is deemed to have been worn or washed and will not be refunded. If you would like your product returned, we will charge you a new shipping fee to return it to you. People have tried it and learned the hard way about our strict policy of UNWORN AND UNWASHED. So please only return products that meet that qualification. Thanks!
We will not issue a refund or replacement for any item that was delivered more than 7 calendar days prior. If you received the wrong product, a defective product, or just changed your mind, seven (7) days is more than enough time to contact us by email and to ship the order back to us.
We will not issue a refund if you do not email us first AND include a photo of the item and copy of the email & original shipping/packing invoice when you ship the return to us.
We will not issue a refund for items listed as “Sale,” “Last Chance “, “Closeouts”, “Flash Sales”, “As-Is”, “Clearance”, or if the item was discounted in any way whether it was with or without a promo code. Those items are not eligible for a credit, a return, an exchange, or a price adjustment. No exceptions.
Finally, we will not offer returns or exchanges on items due to a failure to follow the care label. This includes, but is not limited to, not washing items inside out, applying direct heat to the print design, washing the items in bleach, not washing with like colors, color fading or bleeding, shrinkage, or design fades from using a dry-cleaning service.
